How to Print Preview and get more print space.

  1. Go to File Menu and highlight Print Preview





  2. This will show you what your printed copy will look like.
    It will also show you if you have anything hanging out of the margin range.


    Change print margins to get as much printing space as possible.

  3. Delete everything from the Header and Footer entry fields and change print margins to 0.25" or any minimum that your printer allows.


  4. Click OK.

    If you're using an AOL browser, open a recipe (or printables) you want to print.
  1. Select File and highlight Print Preview.


  2. Now click the Page Setup button next to the Print button.
    A new window will open.


  3. In this new window change print margins to get as much printing space as possible.

  4. Delete everything from the Header and Footer entry fields and change print margins to 0.25" or any minimum that your printer allows.

  5. I just type 0 and then the numbers are automatically changed to my printer's minimum.

  6. Click OK.
