Self-mailers

SIZING
Folded envelopes are 4" high by 6-5/8" wide (appr. 10,2 cm by 17 cm).
They'll print out a little bit larger if you print them in your graphics program. The ones that are online cannot be any larger than this or the right side will be cut off during printing.

Pay attention to folds and seals.
Folded self-mailers must be sealed with glue spots, wafer seats, tabs or glue strips. The fold can be at top or bottom, but lightweight papers (50# or below) will require two seals, each one inch from the edge. So it's best you only use heavy weight cardstock.

Click the thumbnails to view or print large versions.

Print these on card stock, cut out and fold on the two long lines.

Print in Portrait.

*Double sided printing.
To print an inside print to envelope, just put the same piece of paper through the printer twice:
The first time through it prints the front side - SIDE A (a page with an address) and
the second time through it prints on the inside - SIDE B (a page with text) of the page.

INSTRUCTIONS (FOR HP PRINTERS)
First, print out the front - SIDE A.
Put the paper in the lower (IN) tray.
Make sure there's no paper in the upper (OUT) tray.
Put the printed page- SIDE A - back in the lower (IN) tray of the printer and print the B side out.

Double sided printing can be a real challenge for an advance user, so don't get discouraged if you don't get the result you want right away.
I recommend you to print test pages on a regular or used paper before you start printing on cardstock or some other fancy paper.
